Do Lamel test on animals?

No. Lamel is certified by PETA as a cruelty-free brand. We never test products on animals, and we don`t allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf.

What stands “period after opening (PAO)”?

PAO is represented by an icon with a number that means how many months you can use the product after opening. If a product has a PAO of 6, it should be used within 6 months of opening.

What do I do if I receive an order with a broken or missing product?

What is the difference between a basic assortment and a limited edition collection?

The main difference between a core assortment and a special collection is that a core assortment is a permanent set of core products that are always available, while a limited collection is a temporary or limited assortment that can only be available for a certain period of time.

Pay attention to the type and color of the skin, the shape of the face, as well as your preferences when choosing decorative cosmetics. Choose what you like and don`t afraid to experiment.
