We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (minus the shipping costs for the return).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return labels are at the expense of the customer.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued after the shipment reaches us.
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territory are ineligible for a complimentary return label. Please contact customer service for assistance.
