Natalia founded LAMEL in 2012 with limited resources and bold ambition, building the company from the ground up with a focus on product quality, speed to market, and a deep understanding of evolving consumer behavior.
Over the years, LAMEL has grown into an international beauty brand, now present in 20+ markets across Europe and North America. The company has experienced rapid global expansion, including 732% growth during its entry into the U.S., EU, and MENA markets, with launches across major retailers and platforms such as Sally Beauty, Amazon, Douglas, and Target.
Today, LAMEL offers a portfolio of over 300 products across face, lip, and eye categories, combining trend-driven innovation with accessible pricing. The brand continues to scale globally while staying true to its core philosophy — simplifying beauty and empowering self-expression.
Beyond business, Natalia is committed to driving social impact through initiatives focused on women's empowerment, cultural development, and humanitarian support.
Under her leadership, LAMEL partners with organizations such as UAnimals and collaborates with institutions like the Ivan Franko National Theater, while also contributing to humanitarian efforts supporting Ukrainian communities.
